Senior Project Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manger to lead end-to-end project execution, delivery, and team performance. This role involves managing scope, quality, timelines, and budget while ensuring customer satisfaction and team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on quality and on-time outcomes.
• Manage scope, timeline, and P&L for assigned projects.
• Develop proposals, review estimations, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and plan training initiatives.
• Establish strong governance and structured project reporting mechanisms.
• Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
• Promote and implement mature processes, quality practices, and change management plans.
• Evaluate and adopt tools, methods, and policies to improve project delivery.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience 8 to 18 years in Project Management.
• Proven expertise in project and delivery management.
• Strong scope and customer relationship management.
• Experience with PLM platforms like 3DEXPERIENCE/ARAS (preferred).
• Leadership in people management, retention strategies, and process implementation.
• Proficiency in business development and account mining.

Good to Have:

• PLM functional knowledge and familiarity with industry platforms.
• Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
