Engage in meetings with company management, auditors, bankers, and other lenders to gather qualitative insights and validate financial information.
Conduct field visits and factory/site inspections to assess operational capabilities and risk factors.
Develop and recommend credit ratings and/or grading, supported by well-documented analysis.
Prepare detailed rating rationales and present rating/grading proposals to the Rating Committee.
Undertake rating migration and portfolio studies relevant to assigned sectors or accounts.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on ratings decisions and provide timely updates on market and regulatory developments.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes impacting lending, credit assessment, and rating methodologies.
Maintain and update MIS and analytical databases for assigned areas of responsibility.
Mentor and guide team members, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to analytical standards.
