Role Overview :

The Senior Manager will lead client engagements, manage ministry-level interfaces, drive policy research and advocacy strategy, and own end-to-end execution of regulatory advisory mandates.

This role requires a strong blend of policy understanding, structured consulting ability, stakeholder management, and commercial maturity.

The incoming Senior Manager will take ownership of ongoing accounts and independently drive new policy mandates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery

• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned client engagements
• Translate regulatory complexity into clear and actionable engagement strategies
• Ensure timely delivery of agreed milestones, documentation, and engagement outputs
• Support structured reporting and communication with clients

2. Government & Regulatory Engagement

• Develop stakeholder maps across Ministries, Departments, Regulators, PSUs, and State Governments
• Support and coordinate meetings with senior government officials
• Prepare briefing notes, background papers, talking points, FAQs, and policy submissions
• Monitor relevant policy and regulatory developments impacting client sectors

Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in public policy, government advisory, consulting, regulatory affairs, or political strategy
• Experience engaging with Central Government Ministries and/or State Governments will be most preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indian regulatory architecture
• Ability to independently structure complex policy engagements
• Experience in healthcare, mobility, electronics, energy, chemicals, or financial services preferred
• MBA / Public Policy / Law / Economics / Political Science background preferred
