Compliance & Labor Relations:Ensure adherence to aviation labor laws, safety regulations, and union agreements; manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:Lead high-volume hiring for operational roles, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff, managing the entire onboarding lifecycle.
Performance & Talent Management:Drive performance appraisal cycles, manage compensation and benefits strategies, and facilitate career development initiatives.
HR Operations & Digital Transformation:Oversee HR shared services, including payroll coordination, HRIS maintenance, and introducing automation to improve employee experience.

Qualifications
Experience:7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within aviation, transportation, or logistics.
Education:MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
Skills:Strong understanding of labor laws, excellent conflict resolution skills, stakeholder management, and proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
