Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with the Head of Paid Social to develop and drive overall channel strategy.
- Define strategic direction and goals for Paid Social campaigns across clients.
Campaign Excellence & Innovation:
- Ensure best practices and continuous innovation in all Paid Social activities.
- Optimize campaign performance to meet and exceed client objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client issues and ensure timely resolution.
Team Management & Development:
- Manage and mentor direct reports, ensuring team growth and capability building.
- Drive accountability for team performance and development.
Financial Management & Forecasting:
- Conduct monthly and annual forecasting for budgets and campaign investments.
- Ensure profitability and growth of client accounts.
Business Development:
- Support new business initiatives and contribute to expanding client portfolios.
