Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Best Practices:
- Drive the development of BI and Analytics best practices
- Support design and development of data layers for reporting development and deployment
- Develop complex reporting tools, custom tables/views, and data models across databases
Team & Financial Management:
- Manage staffing and financial aspects of client engagements
- Build, manage, and develop the team to support growth
- Provide cross-service line facilitation
Planning & Operations:
- Support the development of operating plans and budgets
- Ensure timely deployment of reporting solutions
- Act as escalation point for client and internal issues
