This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager - Motor Business, based in Madurai. The Senior Manager will oversee the operations and growth of the motor insurance portfolio, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers, and lead a team of professionals to achieve business goals. Day-to-day tasks include strategizing business development activities, analyzing market trends, managing policy renewals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves regular interaction with stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving organizational objectives.

• Knowledge of motor insurance products, policy management, and claim processes
• Proven experience in sales strategies, client relationship management, and driving business growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess market trends and adapt strategies
• Team leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a high-performance team
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in business tools and software to create efficiency in client and market management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in the insurance industry, specifically in motor insurance, is highly desirable
