Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Madurai for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, supporting customer inquiries, and driving sales. Additional responsibilities include promoting BHFL's products and services and maintaining records of customer interactions to ensure follow-up and conversions.

- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service and Customer Support experience
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer concerns effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
- Previous experience in the financial or housing finance sector is a plus
