Regional Application Marketing Manager for Consumer, Healthcare and ICT (CHI) business in India, covering applications like Charger adapters, Laptop/ notebooks, Data centre PSU's, Telecom power, Healthcare and Information & communication technology alongside with sales and FAE.
Your Role
- Lead the marketing activities for CHI business in India, covering Charger adapters, Laptop/ notebooks, Data centre PSU's, Telecom power, Healthcare and Information & communication technology with sales and FAE.
- Actively drive the G2M strategy for the respective application, contribute to market introduction and owning application management at country level
- Contribute to lifecycle management of offerings for the assigned application in commercialization phase
- Work with global application manager to develop application roadmap
- Contribute to refinement and tailoring of value proposition for the assigned application
- Drive adherence to pricing guideline, maximize value-based mark up and quoting within given limits on application level. Contribute to creation of pricing agreements, capacity reservation agreements and part allocations etc for relevant customers assigned for the application.
- Analyse market and competitors including value chain and create right strategies for the region considering the local market environment
- Contribute to the development of related content for application bluebooks
- Actively contribute to organisation and handling of various trade shows, events, conferences, workshops and customer tech days related to the assigned application
- Work with global stake holders including product line owners to obtain necessary support to drive the G2M activities in the country
- Contribute to the training of sales, FAEs, distribution sales managers, distribution sales engineers and FAEs regarding the assigned application.
- Collaborate with various stake holders like sales, FAEs, customer application engineers, system application engineers etc to effectively drive application strategy at country level.
Your Profile
- A relevant completed study with a duration of 10 years and subject-specific additional qualification or by a relevant completed study (10 years).
- 10+ years relevant working experience.
- Experience in applications like charger & adapters, data centre PSUs, telecom power supplies, lighting, healthcare, SMPS power supplies etc
- Experience market introduction and G2M activities
- Thorough at lifecycle Management of offering for application in commercialization phase and provide guidance regarding application and market development.
- Experience in executing pricing guidelines, volume pricing agreements, capacity agreements, allocation management etc
Prior experience in working in a team responsible for organising events, conferences, seminars, trade shows etc.
