Senior Manager Marketing and Customer Relationship
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Marketing and Customer Relationship. This role will be responsible for managing our brand and image, driving sales and traffic, and creating marketing plans to increase customer engagement and loyalty. The manager will work closely with other cross-functional teams and collaborate with external agencies and vendors.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales across all channels, including physical stores and online platforms for Sales Generation.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with the category team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets in line with company goals and financial targets for Marketing Budgeting.
- Monitor and optimize marketing expenditures to ensure efficient allocation of resources and minimize CAC.
- Conduct regular budget reviews and adjustments based on performance and market dynamics.
- Implement targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract and acquire new customers across diverse demographics for Customer Acquisition.
- Utilize market research and customer insights to identify key customer segments and optimize acquisition strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of customer acquisition channels and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty for Customer Retention and Loyalty.
- Manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value.
- Monitor customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and execute brand-building strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity across all touchpoints for Brand Building.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across physical and digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling brand campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Retail FMCG Marketing.
Skills:
- Expertise in marketing strategy, planning, and execution.
- Experience in Store visit store operations and Marketing.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in brand management and market research.
- Experience with New Store Openings - Launch/Activations, Existing Stores Performance boost Activations at the Store.
- Experience with New Product Launch & Visual Merchandize Offers & Campaigns - Growth Marketing - Loyalty & Retaining Festive Activations - South Brand Campaign.
- Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the organic and natural products industry is a plus.
