Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations for international business units.
• Ensure compliance with finance principles, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor finance teams, fostering high performance and professional growth.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic decision-making and business support.
• Utilize advanced tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.
• Support audits, statutory compliance, and management reporting requirements.
• Apply critical thinking to resolve complex accounting and financial issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA from a reputed institution.
• Experience working in MNCs or top-tier management consulting organizations.
