Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs to ensure seamless service delivery
• Analyze freight costs and market trends to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
• Set and manage rates for various ocean freight services, ensuring alignment with market conditions and company margin objectives.
• Support the operations and sales teams by providing timely, accurate, and competitive freight quotations.
• Monitor pricing processes and performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Adhere to organizational ethics, compliance standards, and QHSES policies in all business activities.
• Ensure all pricing activities comply with applicable safety, legal, regulatory, and trade compliance requirements.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• Minimum 5-8 years in pricing in freight forwarding or related field
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Logistics, operations or supply chain
• Excellent negotiation skills for pricing management
• Analytical mindset to assess pricing structures and cost efficiency.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
