Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage merchant partnerships, acting as the primary business owner
- Drive disbursal growth and revenue across key accounts
- Take full ownership of account-level P&L, including profitability and efficiency
- Monitor and improve portfolio health (collections, bounce rates, credit performance)
- Lead partner integrations and product rollouts, coordinating across product, tech, and lender teams
- Drive account expansion, including new use cases, cross-sell, and deeper penetration
- Handle escalations and issue resolution to ensure seamless partner experience
Eligibility & Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in NBFC / fintech / lending ecosystem
- Prior experience managing key accounts / partnerships in credit or payments
- Strong exposure to BNPL / EMI / Pay Later products
Must-Have Skills
- Strong stakeholder management across merchants and lenders
- Deep understanding of lending products (BNPL, EMI, Pay Later)
- Strong P&L ownership mindset
- Data-driven decision making (Excel/analytics; SQL is a plus)
- Understanding of collections and credit performance metrics
