Proactively engage in business development activities for the assigned vertical through research, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, and leveraging existing business relationships.
Conduct intra-city and occasional out-of-city travel to understand market dynamics, local geography, and potential/existing client sites.
Schedule meetings with key decision-makers to introduce JLL and initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
Assess client requirements and support in preparing information memorandums, financial analysis, pitch books, and presentations.
Assist the transaction advisory team in executing and concluding real estate transactions effectively.
Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and quality of deliverables, including calls, meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
Develop business models and projections based on market understanding and client business dynamics.
Articulate and present reports and deliverables to clients with clarity and detail.
Continuously develop knowledge of industry players, including both investment and development sides of real estate.
