Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lead Program Administrator to join our team at Sparta Systems. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the seamless coordination and execution of multiple industrial automation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and operational excellence while effectively managing all stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead project coordination for multiple clients and related vendors, ensuring smooth execution and delivery to achieve targeted business numbers.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to understand project requirements and provide support from inception through closure.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements, and address any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Factory, Procurements, Logistics, Stores) and other relevant functions to maintain day-to-day operations.
  • Support Project Managers in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment with project goals and deliverables.
  • Identify potential risks, develop comprehensive mitigation plans, and monitor project progress to anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of project delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols, conducting regular reviews for compliance.
  • Drive the closure of legacy projects to maintain revenue flow and avoid penalties.
  • Responsible for operational excellence, compliance, and safety management to reduce risks across programs.

Skills Requirement:

  • Strong understanding of commercial Terms & Conditions (T&C).
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA & Cyber Security Products) and technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Proficient in MS Office software (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to power plant operations and automation.
  • CAPM certification is an added advantage.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or BBA, with project coordination experience in Industrial Automation DCS/PLC/SCADA projects, or a related field.
