Qualifications

Proven experience in information security management roles
In-depth knowledge of information security principles and practices
Experience in developing and implementing information security policies and procedures
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to information security
Strong understanding of network security, cryptography, identity and access management, and security architecture
Experience with security risk assessments and vulnerability management
Knowledge of security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus, and endpoint security
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a team
