Engineer - Field Services

Role Responsibilities:

1. Provide IT support to ensure computers and networks operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
2. Assemble, install, and configure desktop systems, ensuring proper hardware and software functionality.
3. Perform periodic maintenance on IT systems, including handling hardware, software, and network issues.
4. Troubleshoot remote desktop issues, maintain technical documentation, and support endpoint security measures.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting various versions of Windows OS (XP, 7, 10, 11).
2. Experience with endpoint security, including antivirus, data encryption, and VPN configurations.
3. Knowledge of domain setup, group policies, and disk management.
4. Strong technical support skills for desktop systems, printers, and hardware peripherals.
