Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Manager Influencer Marketing to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns while owning creative planning, influencer selection, client strategy, and team management. This role requires a strong balance of creativity, execution excellence, stakeholder management, and performance-driven thinking.
You will act as the bridge between clients, creators, and internal teamsensuring campaigns are innovative, scalable, and deliver measurable impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Planning- Lead creative and influencer strategy for multiple brands across categories.
- Build comprehensive influencer marketing plans aligned with client objectives, KPIs, and budgets.
- Create detailed strategy decks including creator mix, content formats, timelines, and projected outcomes.
- Identify relevant creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Translate brand briefs into strong content directions and storytelling frameworks.
Influencer Scouting & Management- Lead influencer discovery, shortlisting, and final selection based on relevance, performance metrics, and brand fit.
- Oversee outreach, onboarding, briefing, and relationship management with creators.
- Ensure quality control of content deliverables while maintaining creator authenticity.
- Build long-term influencer relationships for recurring brand collaborations.
Client Servicing & Stakeholder Management- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Present strategies, campaign plans, and post-campaign reports confidently.
- Manage expectations, timelines, and approvals across all stages of the campaign lifecycle.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through campaign performance insights.
Campaign Execution & Operations- Own end-to-end campaign deliveryfrom briefing to final reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Pricing, Operations, Campaign Management) to ensure seamless execution.
- Track milestones, manage dependencies, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Performance Tracking & Reporting- Monitor live campaign performance and optimize mid-flight where required.
- Prepare detailed post-campaign reports with insights on reach, engagement, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.
- Use data to recommend improvements and future strategies for clients.
Team Leadership & Mentorship- Manage and mentor Associates and Senior Associates.
- Review team output including influencer lists, briefs, decks, and reports.
- Conduct regular training sessions on trends, content formats, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and creative thinking.
Market & Trend Awareness- Stay updated with platform trends, creator formats, and emerging influencer categories.
- Proactively suggest new content ideas, creator types, and campaign structures.
- Share insights with internal teams to continuously improve creative quality.
