Key Responsibilities & KRAs
1. Talent Relationship Management (Core KRA)
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned influencers for all campaign-related communication.
- Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with creators by understanding their content style, audience profile, availability, and preferences.
- Manage creator expectations around timelines, deliverables, payments, and brand guidelines.
- Resolve creator concerns related to briefs, revisions, payments, or campaign feedback in a timely manner.
2. Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Receive finalized campaign briefs from internal teams and communicate them clearly to influencers.
- Ensure influencers fully understand brand objectives, deliverables, timelines, posting requirements, and compliance guidelines.
- Track content creation milestones including draft submissions, feedback incorporation, final approvals, and posting schedules.
- Coordinate revisions between brands and creators to ensure quality output without compromising creator authenticity.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and as per agreed deliverables.
3. Commercial Management & Negotiation
- Share commercials and scope of work with influencers as finalized by internal teams.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and value-adds where required while protecting agency margins.
- Ensure alignment on pricing, usage rights, exclusivity clauses, and brand conflict checks.
- Maintain accurate records of agreed commercials, deliverables, and payout terms.
4. Brand Alignment & Opportunity Mapping
- Map relevant brand opportunities to assigned creators based on niche, audience demographics, and past performance.
- Recommend suitable creators internally for briefs received from Sales and Planning teams.
- Support upselling of additional deliverables, platforms, or long-term engagements for existing talent.
- Ensure brand collaborations align with the creator's image and long-term positioning.
5. Internal Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Planning, Pricing, Sales/Revenue, and Campaign Management teams for smooth execution.
- Share real-time updates on talent availability, content status, and posting schedules.
- Flag potential risks such as delays, dropouts, or conflicts early and drive resolutions.
- Assist internal teams with creator insights, past performance data, and realistic execution timelines.
6. Contracts, Compliance & Payments
- Ensure all campaigns are backed by valid contracts, NDAs, and exclusivity agreements.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely influencer payouts as per agreed terms.
- Ensure influencers follow ASCI guidelines, platform policies, and brand safety norms.
- Manage brand conflicts and exclusivity periods for assigned creators.
