We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager HR to lead and strengthen the HR function at Expertlancing. The role demands a strategic yet hands-on HR leader to drive initiatives across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead end-to-end recruitment and employer branding.

Drive the OKRA-based performance management system and learning initiatives.

Build a culture of engagement, recognition, and accountability.

Ensure compliance, policy implementation, and HR operations excellence.

Use HR analytics to guide strategic decisions.

Desired Profile:

MBA / PGDM in HR with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Proven track record in managing HR for 100+ employees.

Strong understanding of HR systems, labor laws, and people practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
