Senior Manager - HRBP

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Business Alignment

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives that drive organizational success.
• Drive change management and organizational development programs.

2. Talent Management & Workforce Planning

• Identify workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
• Oversee talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning.
• Implement training and leadership development programs.

3. Performance Management & Employee Engagement

• Design and oversee performance appraisal frameworks.
• Implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans.

4. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR matters.
• Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure a positive work environment and promote company values.

5. Compensation & Benefits Strategy

• Develop competitive compensation structures and incentive programs.
• Work with finance teams to manage salary benchmarking and payroll strategies.
• Ensure compliance with compensation laws and benefits regulations.

6. Compliance & Legal Governance

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment policies, and HR compliance.
• Stay updated on HR legal changes and recommend policy modifications.
• Conduct internal HR audits and risk assessments.
