Role Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, overseeing digital and traditional campaigns, analyzing market trends, and managing customer acquisition initiatives. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to design effective promotions, and measure the performance of marketing activities to ensure growth and brand alignment.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Brand Development
- Proficient in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
- Proven skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Customer Engagement Strategies
- Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Leadership skills
- Experience in managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; a master's degree is a plus
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory
