Senior Manager, Global Investigations
This position is responsible for the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
Essential Functions
- Complex Investigations: Conduct investigations, gather and evaluate evidence, interview witnesses, present findings, prepare reports, recommend refinements, meet legal requirements, and testify.
- Liaison Responsibilities: Establish relationships with business owners and external entities, plan strategies, consult on risks, and participate in training initiatives.
- Business Execution: Identify needs, develop and communicate plans, remove obstacles, provide resources, measure progress, and support continuous learning.
- Threat Identification: Communicate risks, provide solutions, research and document findings, analyze data trends, and plan proactive strategies.
- Supervision and Development: Select, train, mentor, assign duties, build team environments, evaluate performance, provide recognition, coach for improvement, and ensure diversity awareness.
- Policy Promotion: Train and direct others on company policies, ensure compliance, and support the Open Door Policy.
- Business Evaluation: Evaluate effectiveness of plans, consult stakeholders, apply suggestions for efficiency, and support community outreach.

Travel
- Traveling is necessary to perform one or more essential functions of this position. Travels internationally to and from multiple facilities or work-sites requiring extended overnight stays.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field and 4 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field OR 6 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
- 3 years experience in fraud and corruption casework/management.
- 3 years experience in global markets.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
- Multi-lingual.
