Role: Principal Associate - HR Business Partner

About The Role
The Principal Associate-
Business Partner will be responsible for supporting the Enabling teams. This role will serve as a strategic advisor and HR
partner to business leaders, helping to drive performance, engagement, compliance, and culture.
Roles And Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing business strategy through people insights.
- Anticipate future workforce trends and proactively design HR strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives (e.g. restructuring, workforce planning, change management) at scale.
- Serve as the primary HR liaison for executive leadership, ensuring alignment between
enterprise priorities and functional execution.
Employee Experience & Relations
- Shape and embed organizational culture through
enterprise wide engagement programs.
- Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues, ensuring risk
mitigation and compliance.
Performance Management
- Drive talent management strategy, including succession planning for critical roles and leadership development.
- Manage annual and mid-year reviews, feedback processes, and promotion cycles in alignment with timelines.
Resource Management
- Monitor headcount, analyze attrition trends and maintain accurate employee data. Leverage predictive analytics to forecast
talent needs and mitigate attrition risks.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to close open positions and conduct HR interview rounds.
- Work closely with the L&D team to identify skill gaps and support capability-building efforts.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure enterprise-level compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Lead audits and risk assessments related to HR processes and employee relations.
- Act as a key contributor to policy formulation and HR frameworks, while aligning with
business-specific requirements.

Education
Key skills & Attributes
- MBA from a reputed Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute.
Experience
- 6-10 years of relevant HRBP experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong decision-making skills
Domain Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think
strategically and translate insights into actionable plans
- Excellent project management capabilities, including managing timelines,
budgets, and resources
- Proficiency in driving cross-functional initiatives and executive-level communication
