Role Purpose:

We seek agile, high-performing professionals with proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programs to join our Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) at the Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru. The ETO team partners with stakeholders across GSK's global functions and businesses to drive and deliver enterprise transformation initiatives.

We are looking for accomplished change management practitioners with strong strategic and delivery expertise to help establish a world-class change management function. This role requires advanced change management, business partnering, and communication skills to address complex business challenges.

As part of the ETO, you will have the opportunity to develop your capabilities and advance your career in a diverse, collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include analyzing change requirements, developing and executing change and communication strategies, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop change strategies and plans to guide the business through transitions.
  • Assess requirements, plan, and deliver change and communications activities; report on progress and manage risks with the Program lead and project team.
  • Create and execute impact assessments and action plans to effectively manage change.
  • Engage complex stakeholders, including third-party vendors and service hubs, to ensure project buy-in and smooth delivery.
  • Apply or adapt ETO change and communications tools in partnership with Capability Owners.
  • Identify, mobilise, and oversee the project's change network.
  • Design business readiness frameworks and adoption plans to prepare employees for change.
  • Manage all communications, ensuring alignment with GSK's brand, audience needs, and engagement strategy.
  • Coordinate with program partners across the business.
  • Collaborate with the ETO Capability Owner to promote best practices and compliance with required methodologies and tools.

Required skills & qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with 8 to 12years of experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management and communications implementation; prior experience in training is considered beneficial.
  • Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end transformational change on large programmes (e.g., digital transformation, S4 HANA, cultural/behavioral changes, operating models, M&A)
  • Strong matrix organisation and senior stakeholder engagement skills
  • Expertise in communication strategy and delivery
  • Skilled in human-centric design, workshop facilitation, and agile change methods
  • Capable of leading diverse, cross-functional global teams
  • Excellent relationship, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Able to solve complex business/process issues in global environments
  • Proficient with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR), persona mapping, and journey design
  • Prosci or APMG Change Management certification preferred
  • Project management certification (PMI/CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
  • Flexible to support global time zones as needed
