Executive Insights, Corporate Strategy and Program Management Analyst

Executive Insights, Corporate Strategy and Program Management Analyst will partner closely with the Technology Cloud Infra leadership to drive enterprise strategy execution, oversee strategic programs, and deliver high-impact executive communications. This role combines strategy articulation, program governance, data storytelling, and executive presentation excellence, enabling leadership to make informed decisions and represent technology and transformation agendas effectively at the enterprise and board levels.

Corporate Strategy & Strategic Planning

• Support Global Technology leadership in defining, refining, and operationalizing enterprise technology and transformation strategy

• Assist in developing strategy decks, roadmaps, operating models, and investment narratives

• Translate strategic priorities into clear outcomes, milestones, and success metrics

• Support annual planning, multi-year roadmaps, OKRs, and strategic initiative tracking

Data Representation & Executive Insights

• Synthesize inputs from technology, finance, operations, and delivery into concise executive insights

• Convert complex data, dashboards, and metrics into clear visual narratives and decision-focused summaries

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and traceability of data used in leadership views

• Highlight trends, strategic implications, and impact areas relevant to enterprise outcomes

Executive-Level Presentations & Storytelling

• Create and refine CXO- and board-level presentations for strategy reviews, operating cadence meetings, and leadership forums

• Craft executive summaries, talking points, and briefing notes aligned to leadership priorities

• Ensure all materials meet executive storytelling, visual, and branding standards

• Translate complex initiatives into simple, compelling leadership narratives

Leadership Representation & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with Global Technology Senior Leadership for content creation, coordination, and representation

• Partner with senior stakeholders to gather inputs, align storylines, and drive message convergence

• Support leadership communications with professionalism, discretion, and executive presence

Core Skills

• Advanced expertise in executive-level PowerPoint and storytelling

• Strong foundation in corporate strategy, program management, and governance

• High data literacy with ability to translate metrics into strategic insights

• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills

Experience

• Significant experience in Corporate Strategy, PMO, Consulting, or CIO / COO Office roles within technology cloud infrastructure or solution development background

• Proven experience supporting CXO-level or enterprise leadership teams

• Exposure to technology cloud infrastructure, solution development, digital transformation, or enterprise IT environments preferred

• Demonstrable track record operating at or alongside C-suite level in a complex, matrixed organization

• Strong executive communication skills; written, verbal, and visual; able to construct compelling narratives for senior audiences

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without loss of quality

• Familiarity with data management practices, including data governance, data lineage, etc., and modern patterns such as lakehouse and data mesh.
