Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced ITOM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) to lead requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and optimization of ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to design scalable ServiceNow solutions focused on operational visibility, automation, and service health.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to define Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and Cloud Management requirements.
- Design functional solutions aligned with business goals and ServiceNow best practices.
- Configure and implement ITOM modules:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- CMDB/CSDM
- Orchestration / IntegrationHub
- Cloud Provisioning & Governance
- Work with technical teams on integrations with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, SCCM, Dynatrace, Splunk, Nagios, etc.
- Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and service mapping accuracy.
- Create user stories, process flows, BRDs, FSDs, and solution documentation.
- Support UAT, training, deployment, and post-production enhancements.
- Provide advisory on ITOM maturity, operational excellence, and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with ITSM, SecOps, and Asset Management teams for platform alignment.

- Experience in large enterprise digital transformation projects
