Health Insurance – Direct Sales
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive the Direct Sales business for Health Insurance across metro cities in India. The candidate will be responsible for business growth, team management, revenue achievement, and expanding the direct sales channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Direct Sales business across assigned metro cities.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Lead, manage, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Drive customer acquisition and market expansion initiatives.
- Monitor sales productivity, conversion, and profitability.
- Ensure smooth coordination with operations, underwriting, HR, and marketing teams.
- Recruit, train, and retain quality sales talent.
- Maintain strong sales governance and process adherence.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate mandatory; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Insurance Sales.
- Strong experience in Health Insurance Direct Sales is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of team handling experience.
- Experience in managing multi-city sales operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
