Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a senior design engineer based in Bengaluru. The Sr Manager Engineering will lead engineering projects and manage a team of engineers to ensure timely and quality project execution. Responsibilities include pre and post sales engineering for bulk material and powder handling systems The role requires knowledge of mechanical equipments for material handling from drives to controls. Knowledge of hydraulic systems will be an advantage.
Must be very strong in basic mechanical engineering fundamentals
Qualifications
Minimum BE Mechanical with 8-10 years design and engineering experience in bulk material handling equipments and systems. Should be articulate and have excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to guide and build a high-performing team
- Expertise in Project Management and engineering documentation for effective delivery of engineering solutions
- Experience in drawing and design software and managing technical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and a collaborative mindset
- Prior experience within industrial automation
