Job Profile
Architect and lead our end-to-end title management and distribution strategy.
Responsible for the single source of truth for our entire catalogue, ensuring that thousands of titles are seamlessly listed, optimized, and synchronized across global marketplaces and distribution partners
Lead a high-performing team to drive discoverability, operational excellence, and revenue growth.
Strategic Roadmap: Define and drive the vision for digital supply chain transformation, aligning database architecture with long-term business goals.
Metadata Governance: Establish enterprise-wide standards for metadata (ONIX, BISAC, SEO), ensuring near-zero error rates in title information, pricing, and global availability.
Marketplace Leadership: Oversee Meta data updation and management for Amazon.com across various geographies, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Walmart Marketplace, focusing on brand protection and account health.
Data Analytics Insights: Build a Control Tower view of the catalogue, utilizing data from SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to monitor performance, identify stock-out risks, and optimize pricing strategies.
Team Vendor Management: Lead and mentor a team of specialists; manage third-party software vendors and service providers.
Senior Manager Digital Supply Chain Metadata Requirements
1015+ years in publishing operations, digital supply chain, or high-volume e-commerce.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Information Systems.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SQL, metadata standards (ONIX), and enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
