Our client is seeking a Senior People & Payroll Services Manager to join our dynamic People team. In this high-impact role, you will drive operational excellence and manage the shared services hub-based professionals supporting T1 and T2 activities. You will oversee the full lifecycle of employee operations, from onboarding through payroll & benefits to offboarding, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes. This role is ideal for a seasoned shared service professional with a strong background in transformation. It suits someone who is process driven, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership to ensure every detail is meticulously managed.
