Job Summary
In this role, your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing client relationships. This includes gaining a thorough understanding of client needs, providing proactive support, and coordinating efforts across various teams to deliver exceptional value.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients with employees on business trips, offering exceptional service and support
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on the progress of trip assessments, address concerns and ensure client satisfaction
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth
- Serves as an Subject Matter Expert for Global Mobility matters, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Partner with the product team to ensure the information in the platform is technically sound and up to date
- Conduct complex thorough assessments and provide guidance on Global Mobility compliance, specific to your area of focus
- Responsible for the financial management of the engagement (this includes billings, collection, metrics and KPIs tracking )
- Collaborate with clients to implement Global Mobility strategies minimizing liabilities for both the company and the employee
- Stay update on international relevant laws and regulations, offering insights and recommendations to clients based on changing landscape
- Provide expert advice to support our client's global mobility needs
- Recognize and actively seek out fresh business prospects within the existing client base, gained through a deep understanding of their changing requirements
- Work to expand the client portfolio and nurture existing client relationships to drive revenue growth
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential growth areas and opportunities
- Allocate resources efficiently, resolve conflicts, and provide necessary tools and support to team members as per the project plan.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the project budget, ensuring expenses are within constraints and tracking approvals and spending
- Identify project stakeholders, understand their needs, and engage with them to address concerns and manage expectations.
