Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Chief of Staff - Supply Chain Consulting
In this role you will partner closely with leadership and support the broader India team across all people, talent, and operational functions. This is a fully internal role - there is no client delivery component. This role also directly manages a small team, serving as a people leader and day-to-day resource for their growth and development.
This is a strong fit for a mid-career professional looking to take on greater ownership and grow into a broader operational leadership role within a global consulting firm.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Support
.Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the India Planning leader
.Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up summaries for team and leadership meetings
.Help coordinate across internal teams, flagging action items and keeping projects on track
.Assist with ad hoc requests and special projects as directed by leadership
Recruiting & Talent
.Support recruiting efforts for the India Planning team, including coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and tracking pipeline status
.Help coordinate onboarding for new team members, ensuring a smooth start
.Assist with the logistics of training programs and team learning initiatives
.Support performance management cycles by tracking timelines, sending reminders, and helping prepare materials

People & Culture
.Help coordinate retention and engagement initiatives, tracking participation and following up on action items
.Assist with staffing coordination, helping keep team assignments and availability up to date
.Plan and coordinate team events such as town halls, team meetings, and culture-building activities
.Draft internal communications and announcements on behalf of leadership
People Management
.Manage a small team of direct reports, providing guidance and support for their day-to-day work and development


Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Bachelor%27s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
.Relevant years of professional experience in an operations, HR, talent coordination, executive support, or similar role
.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once
.Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
.Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
.Comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Experience in a professional services, consulting, or large corporate environment
.Experience in recruiting, HR operations, or people programs
.Experience supporting a senior leader or leadership team
