Job Description

As a Senior Manager – Business Development, you will lead end-to-end sales for Salesforce-led digital transformation services—from lead generation to deal closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft impactful solutions and engage with enterprise decision-makers across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the complete sales lifecycle for Salesforce services and digital transformation offerings
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across US & European markets
  • Build and execute outbound sales strategies (LinkedIn, email campaigns, partnerships, referrals)
  • Lead consultative discussions, discovery calls, and solution presentations with senior stakeholders
  • Position and sell solutions across:
  • Salesforce Implementation & Customization
  • Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Health Cloud
  • CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Supply Chain Transformation
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams for proposals, SOWs, and commercials
  • Drive pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue planning
  • Lead commercial negotiations and deal closures
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and reporting discipline
  • Stay updated on market trends, Salesforce ecosystem, and enterprise transformation demand
  • Build long-term relationships to drive account growth and repeat business

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8–14 years of experience in Business Development / IT Services Sales / Consulting Sales
  • Proven track record in selling Salesforce services to international clients
  • Strong experience in:
  • Lead generation & qualification
  • Consultative selling
  • Proposal development & deal closure
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including:
  • Salesforce Implementations
  • Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Health Cloud
  • CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market accounts in the US & Europe
  • Strong stakeholder management and enterprise sales exposure
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset and target orientation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce CRM, and outbound platforms
  • Understanding of enterprise functions like RevOps, procurement, CX, marketing, and digital transformation
  • Experience working with global teams and international clients across time zones
