Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the Revenue Cloud project lifecycle Lead discovery phases by conducting feature demonstrations and analyzing detailed requirements Develop solution architecture and design documents presenting alternatives and best practices to customers Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to facilitate knowledge transfer Perform data migration validation and automation to support revenue operations Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to CPQ rules pricing discounting and invoicing Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance revenue processes reporting and multicloud integrations Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of innovation and technical excellence
