Position: Sales Manager (Managed Print Services) | Business Manager | Key Accounts Manager

Experience: 5-9 years

Location: Kalkaji, New Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Managed Print Services Sales in North India primarily

• Create a sales plan for existing accounts & identify potential accounts in different verticals within the North region

• Responsible for planning & strategy to penetrate listed accounts, finding new accounts, establishing connect with key stakeholders and building relationships.

• Reach out to new accounts to understand their organization, existing set up of office imaging infrastructure, document management solutions and their current or upcoming needs where HP's products and services can be positioned

• Ensure customer service and satisfaction as per client's expectation and build brand loyalty & find opportunities for other businesses, like IT Hardware/ Software solutions.

• Own the Opportunity Management Process: Prospect, Evaluate, Propose, Close for new prospects or clients.

• Manage pricing negotiations, proposal closure, and timely responses to RFIs/tenders.

• Identify revenue-generating opportunities with clients.

• Develop customer sponsors, identify influencers, and present solution proposals.

• Cultivate new business relationships, meeting income targets.

• Lead generation and appointment setting.

• Deliver professional-standard pitches.

• Maintain strong relationships with leadership, account management, and technical teams.

• Stay updated on industry trends affecting search engine marketing companies

Candidate Profile:

• Consistently meet or exceed activity standards for prospecting, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closures.

• Strong communication skills and client-side flexibility.

• Excellent product knowledge and technical proficiency on HP Imaging Products ie Printers

• Analytical thinking and innovative approach to work.

• Bachelor's/master's degree

• HP Sales Certified for Printing Solutions

• Willingness to travel.

• Excellent organizational skills for multitasking and prioritizing.

• Established relationships with OEMs like HP & other Printing OEMs

• Strong hold on 10-15 Corporate accounts
