Role Description

The Senior Manager - Brand Partnerships and Alliances (Ad Sales) will lead initiatives to establish and grow strategic alliances and partnerships while driving revenue through effective ad sales. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing relationships with key partners, negotiating agreements, and contributing to the monetization of NoBrokerHood's platform. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in New Business Development and Strategic Alliances to identify opportunities and foster collaborations
  • Proven skills in Channel Sales and Sales for driving revenue and achieving business targets
  • Experience in building and managing Strategic Partnerships to expand the platform's reach and influence
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with community management or prop-tech solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
