Job Description

Role:

Planning & budgeting: Developing the annual plan including budget & ROI. Monitor funds utilization with respect to fulfilment of initiatives

Corporate Branding:

  • Support in defining the ADH corporate brand and the functions
  • Ensure long term brand objectives are kept in focus financial health, alignment with company's vision and objectives.
  • Support Heads of various verticals and Marketing personnel in effectively positioning / launching individual business brands and developing their marketing strategies and programs around the analyzed customer information
  • Maintain the Company presence on Social Media like Facebook & Twitter and also the company websites.
  • Prepare the annual media calendar for radio channels and television
  • Ensure adherence to defined brand guidelines (branding layout & display, media preference, media buying/planning norms)
  • Communicate all group entities to have ADH branding policies enforced in their branding activities
  • Ensure ADH as a brand is portrayed in a standard & uniform format.
  • Keep consistency in our visual is one our key success of our brand, therefor any branding activity happens in any units should follow the Brand Guidelines. The areas covered in the same are as follows:

Marketing communication strategy

  • Build the Marketing communication strategy
  • Support in identifying and developing an overall promotion strategy around key levers affecting promotions & revenue generation
  • Help chart annual promotion events calendar with brand fitment and brand development as driving objectives
  • Manage special events, such as introducing labs, pharmacies, Outreach activities/camps, or other activities that ADH supports in order to gain public attention
  • Implement seasonal campaigns consistent with campaign objectives, communication strategy and media plan

Media Planning

  • Coordinate with vendors, media, advertising agencies / channels/ partners for developing long-term relationships on behalf of individual businesses
  • Ensure all marketing and advertising consultants and agencies used by ADH are monitored and perform effectively

Customer Research

  • Co-ordinate customer insights and research (primary and secondary) through external agencies focusing on industry, services, consumer and economy trends that drive individual businesses
  • Create, maintain, Analyse and maintain database for key customer insights that drive business results and increase customer loyalty
  • Work with critical business teams for identifying, evaluating and implementing effective ways of applying research findings to business
  • Translate research findings into actionable, prioritized recommendations
  • Document and present findings and recommendations to business and development groups

Overall

  • Develop a strong integrated Brand & Communications team. Ensure best practices in the development of Branding programs including the writing and sharing of strong creative briefs that will result in creative communications that are on strategy, on brand, and on deadline.
  • Executing variety of communications tools: print advertising, public relations, visual merchandising, direct marketing, strategic partnerships, events marketing, on-line, viral marketing, cause-related, local/community initiatives. Trade shows: Provide support for trade show participation and efforts. Leads in show selection, evaluation, literature, videos, and booth arrangements.
  • Preparation of all brand presentations & report submission.
  • Coordinate with different units and departments for coordinating the smooth run of events & activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and unit in charges for new sites external signages.
  • Planning new activates through which we collect database & customer engagement.
