Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Analytics Product Owner to lead Growth Analytics initiatives across Sales and Marketing.
The role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of analytics products, from shaping business problems and designing solutions to managing delivery, vendors, and adoption
Context/Scope: We have a robust Data Lakehouse platform integrating data from multiple internal and external systems to enable analytics across functions. This role will focus on building high-impact analytics and AI-driven solutions for Growth functions (Sales & Marketing). The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering, data science, and external partners to design, deliver, and scale analytics products that drive revenue growth and decision making effectiveness. The role operates in a complex environment with fragmented data sources, evolving business needs, and increasing opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, Gen AI, and automation.

The ideal candidate will combine strong business understanding, analytics expertise, and delivery management capabilities, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications and Experience Required :
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering MBA or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory Experience:
Technical Skills:
. Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (data modelling, UX, performance.)
. Understanding of modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Data Lakehouse) . Familiarity with Agile tools (Azure DevOps).
. Working knowledge of AI/ML and Gen-AI use cases (preferred) Preferred Attributes.
. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
. Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure
. Strong ownership mindset with focus on delivery outcomes.
. Curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies and approaches
Nice to Have
. Prior experience in Alco-beverage industry (strongly preferred)
. Experience in Growth Analytics within Indian market context
. FMCG / Consumer Goods background
. Exposure to distributor analytics, route to-market, pricing, or marketing ROI
. Experience working with partners like Microsoft, Databricks, or analytics vendors.
