Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, AI & Agentic Automation Developer
In this role, you will design, build, and deploy Agentic AI solutions, integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), and create intelligent automation workflows using APIs, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should be capable of working with minimal supervision and driving AI-led innovation across business processes.
Responsibilities
.Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions, including autonomous workflows, multi-agent systems, and LLM-driven decisioning.
.Build and integrate custom LLM-based workflows using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or similar platforms.
.Develop and maintain AI/ML pipelines and ensure seamless integration with enterprise tools and systems.
.Build API-driven automations using REST, SOAP and custom connectors.
.Conduct prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs where required.
.Implement guardrails, monitoring, and governance standards around GenAI usage.
.Troubleshoot and optimize AI workflows for accuracy, latency, and cost-efficiency.
.Maintain documentation, technical specs, and reusable frameworks for broader organizational reuse.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
.Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field.
.Relevant years of experience in AI/ML development or GenAI/LLM solutioning.
.Strong experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI)
.Proven expertise in building Agentic AI workflows or multi-agent architectures.
.Hands-on experience with REST & SOAP APIs, integration frameworks, and orchestration tools.
.Experience in Python scripting development
.Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval techniques (RAG).
.Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
.Excellent communication skills with ability to work directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
.Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and/or AWS cloud components.
.Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
.Experience working in recruitment or HR technology domains is a plus.
.Hands-on experience creating custom agents, tools, or orchestration logic in frameworks such as CrewAI or custom-built agentic pipelines.
.Understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines, model deployment).
.Experience working with HR Tech, Recruitment systems, or enterprise workflow platforms.
.Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while driving AI adoption.
