Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, RPA & Microsoft Power Automate Developer

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Automate, RPA best practices, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

.Design, model, and develop end-to-end robotic automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, and Power Apps).
.Lead development during project build and maintenance phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
.Define, update, and maintain standards and best practices for RPA development across teams.
.Perform infosec and data privacy reviews to ensure consistent development as per Genpact.
.Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems through REST/SOAP API integrations.
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and product owners, to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
.Troubleshoot issues, optimize automation performance, and ensure stability in production environments.
.Work independently and handle multiple priorities with minimal guidance.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications
.Bachelor's or master's degree in computer applications or related field.
.Relevant years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Power Apps)
.Strong working knowledge of Office 365 ecosystem and connectors
.Proven experience in RPA development with strong understanding of automation lifecycle.
.Experience in integrating systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
.Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and external clients.

Preferred qualifications

.Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and/or AWS cloud components.
.Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
.Experience working in recruitment or HR technology domains is a plus.
.Ability to design robust automation frameworks and reusable components.
