Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Lead / Manager Quantitative Research to spearhead end-to-end quantitative studies, manage client engagements, and lead a high-performing research team. This role requires strong expertise in research design, statistical analysis, project management, and deliveringinsights to clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

1. Research Design & Execution

• Lead full-cycle quantitative research projectsfrom proposal creation to final delivery.
• Design sampling plans, questionnaires, and research methodologies tailored to client objectives.
• Ensure timely and error-free project execution.

2. Data Analysis & Insights

• Perform deep quantitative analysis using statistical techniques (e.g., significance testing, regression, segmentation, MaxDiff, Conjoint).
• Interpret complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Create compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations for clients.

3. Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project cycles.
• Present insights and business recommendations with clarity and confidence.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships across CPG and non-CPG sectors.

4. Team Leadership

• Lead and monitor team of 4-6 high performing researchers.
• Oversee team functioning, capacity planning, and output quality.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills in tools, frameworks, and analytics.

5. Business Growth

• Support proposal writing, revenue generation, and participation in pitches.
• Good to have people having hands on identifying opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling research solutions.

Strong command of quantitative research methods, data analysis, and statistical tools.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and good to have hands on analytics platforms (SPSS, R, Python, Power BI preferred).

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.

Ability to simplify complex data and drive actionable insights.

Leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and upskill teams.

Hands on working in various research requirements of companies across different domains.

An ideal will be involved in various kinds of Quantitative methodologies in Consumer Research.

Must have hands on Product Testing (Food & FMCG) / Concepting testing / Usage and Attitude/ Brand Health Studies etc.

Exposer to sensory analysis / testing in addition to the above would be an added advantage

MBAas academics with good communication skills
