Responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities

Global Mobility Compensation Delivery

  • Independently manage end-to-end compensation support for international assignments, cross-border transfers, and short-term mobility cases.
  • Prepare, review, and validate detailed compensation calculations in line with mobility policies, including:
  • Cost of Living Allowance (COLA)
  • Housing, relocation, hardship, and assignment-related benefits
  • One-time payments, reimbursements, and assignment premiums
  • Interpret policy guidelines and identify exceptions, risks, or inconsistencies, escalating where required.

Data Management, Controls & Reporting


  • Maintain detailed mobility compensation trackers, calculation sheets, and employee assignment records.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliations to ensure alignment across HR systems, payroll, and finance.
  • Support review of management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis related to mobility population, costs, and trends.
  • Adhere to documentation and version-control standards required for audit and compliance purposes.

Stakeholder & Payroll Coordination


  • Act as a point of contact for Payroll, HR Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payment of assignment components.
  • Respond to employee or HR queries related to assignment pay and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Liase with external mobility vendors and internal global teams across multiple geographies.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement


  • Follow established SOPs, control checklists, and approval workflows.
  • Identify operational gaps, recurring errors, or inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to standardizing templates, calculation models, and documentation practices.

Team Support & Knowledge Sharing


  • Assist in onboarding new team members and sharing best practices.

Demonstrate accountability for team deliverables and contribute to a high-performance team culture.

Qualifications

Educational qualifications

  • Bachelors/ Master degree from a reputable university with excellent academic result, majoring in accounting or finance or technology or a similar field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Global Mobility, Compensation, Payroll, HR Operations, or Shared Services, preferably from one of the Big 4
  • ATT/GPHR/CIPP qualification would be an advantage.
