Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Analyze and model business processes to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
