What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. Manage the labor laws. This encompasses interchanges between an employer and an employee and may include discussions on salary, benefit packages and employee rights.
What are we looking for Role: CL10 (Business Analyst) Shift: Any shift (APAC / UK / NA) Non-rotational Must Have:
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services with completed knowledge of Employee Data Management
- Proficiency in Workday (EIB uploads, data validation, workflow management)
- Experience is Knowledge Transfer [KT]
- Exposure to HR Transitions, Process Migrations, Global Process Rollouts
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
- Propose process improvement to clients on Workday or ticketing system or Process.
- Excellent stakeholder management and global HR process exposure
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) Good to Have:
- Tools: ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Cornerstone, SAP HR, SuccessFactors
- Exposure to Quality Audits, SOP/DTP/LWI documentation, Gantt chart creation
- Project Management
- Understanding of Change Management, UAT / Testing, and Project Go-Live processes Roles and Responsibilities:
