Position: Senior Java Developer
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Core Java, JSP/JSF, Servlets, Hibernate, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Good knowledge of database operations and back-end services.
- Solid experience in designing and maintaining web-based/cloud applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM system integration, Google APIs, and other third-party services (preferred).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Ability to take ownership, make informed decisions, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and integrate newer technologies into the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Proactive and independent, while exhibiting excellent collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Understand customer business goals, gather requirements, and prepare clear documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in design, coding, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with distributed teams to plan, coordinate, and execute project deliverables on schedule.
- Coordinate with the QA team during the testing phase.
- Analyze and solve complex business, workflow, and technical issues.
- Identify and adopt new technologies to enhance the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Attend client meetings and handle client interactions and communications efficiently.
- Exhibit proactive problem-solving while maintaining strong collaboration with all teams.
Required Qualification:
