About Position:
We are looking for a Senior Lead Java & AWS who will drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise along with leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

What You'll Do:
- Lead design and development using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Define cloud architecture and coding best practices
- Review code, architecture, and deployments
- Build and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security
- Mentor development teams and guide technical decisions
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Lead end‑to‑end design and development of enterprise‑grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Define cloud architecture, coding standards, and best practices
- Review system designs, code, and deployments for quality and performance
- Drive cloud‑native, microservices‑based architectures
- Build and scale RESTful APIs and microservices
- Implement high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization
- Ensure secure application development following AWS best practices
- Own CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integrations
