Tech skill required are:
- In depth knowledge of Java, Spring, Kafka, Core Java
- Any experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is preferred
- Great exposure to microservices architecture.
- API first design thinking and implementation using Rest
- Experience with building applications on cloud platform such as Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Proven implementation of design pattern and enterprise level architecture
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Should be available for a virtual interview on 19 Apr 26,

Technical Preparation
- Core Java: Be ready to demonstrate strong knowledge of OOP concepts, collections, concurrency, exception handling, and Java 8+ features (streams, lambdas).
- Backend Fundamentals: Expect questions on REST APIs, microservices, database interactions (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and scalability.
- System Design Basics: You may be asked to design a simple backend system. Focus on clarity, modularity.
- Coding Practice: Brush up on data structures (arrays, lists, maps, trees) and algorithms (sorting, searching, recursion, complexity analysis).
