Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will lead design projects, manage space planning, oversee the development of construction drawings, and ensure that interior design concepts are executed effectively. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, managing FF&E processes, and working closely with other design and construction professionals to deliver projects that align with the client's vision and the organization's high standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, including creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, with a demonstrated ability to translate design concepts into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specification, selection, and coordination.
- Excellent project management and team collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading design projects within diverse sectors such as corporate, hospitality, retail, or residential.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
