Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for developing innovative interior design concepts, space planning, and ensuring design functionality. The role requires preparing construction drawings and overseeing the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Collaboration with clients, architects, and contractors will be integral, along with adherence to project timelines and design standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions
• Comprehensive knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications
• Experience in FF&E selection, including sourcing furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with design objectives
• Strong project management and team collaboration skills
• Proficient in design software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices is an advantage
